WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Stephens Kitao, (2) Annie C. Manka Omale and (3) Lydia Grace Ngitiwoni Okech, all of P.O. Box 95613– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.1060 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 19731/I/MN, situate in mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 79940/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
