NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th November, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 802, in Volume D1, Folio 938/3514, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Josiane Umulinga, of P.O. Box 13268– 00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josiane Umuringa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josiane Umuringa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Josiane Umulinga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Josiane Umulinga only.
