NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 550, in Volume D1, Folio 1/4, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mkulima Kimaita Earnest, of P.O. Box 2799–60200, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Earnest Kiamaita Nteere, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Earnest Kiamaita Nteere, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mkulima Kimaita Earnest, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mkulima Kimaita Earnest only.
