NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 608, in Volume D1, Folio 914/3545, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Farah Hussein Ahmed, of P.O. Box 40923– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Guled Hussein Ahmed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Guled Hussein Ahmed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Farah Hussein Ahmed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Farah Hussein Ahmed only.
