NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Makindu, under Miscellaneous Case No. E5 of 2024 to the owners of the motorcycles, motor vehicle and bicycles lying at Kibwezi Police Station to collect the same within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motor cycles, motor vehicle and bicycle by way of public auction on behalf of Kibwezi Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
