NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of one grounded Isuzu Demax registration 06CG004A, to take delivery of the motor vehicle, which is currently lying at Vosti Brands Limited, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the day of this publication of this notice upon payment of accumulated storage charges, together with interest and cost of publication of this notice and any incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction by Icon Auctioneers, Tembo Co-operative House, 3rd Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges, without further reference to the owner. Dated the 4th January, 2024. STEPHEN K.
