THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that preparation of the above plan was on the 11th January, 2024, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Kutus Township, Kirinyaga East Sub-county. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the County Headquarters, Office of the County Director of Physical Planning, First Floor, Room B4 and Office of the Sub-county Administrator, Kirinyaga East Sub-county any day of the week within official working hours. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Headquarters, Office of the County Director of Physical Planning, First Floor, Room B4 and Office of the Sub-county Administrator, Kirinyaga East Sub-county, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send such representations or objection in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 260–10304, Kutus or via email landskirinyaga@gmail.com, within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the ground on which it is made.
