PROPOSED ACQUISITION

PURSUANT to section 46 (6) of the Act, it is notified for the general information that the Authority has approved the implementation of the proposed merger on condition that post-merger the Acquirer retains: i) at least 451 (being 85%) of the employees of the Acquirer and (ii) at least 133 (being 93%) employees of the Target, 164 164 on terms that are no less favourable than in their current terms of employment for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date of the implementation of the proposed transaction.
