REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Arrow Dens Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Complex/4, and whereas the said title deed was obtained fraudulently and irregularly, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to reinstate the said title deed to the original allottee Beatrice Wanja Kiboi and the land title deed issued to Arrow Dens Limited shall be deemed to be revoked, cancelled and of no effect.
