REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Agnes G. Reuter and (2) Ulrich Reuter, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani/775, and whereas the said title deed was obtained fraudulently and irregularly, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to reinstate the suddivision registered on 11th December, 2008 on Kwale/Diani/775 into 1908 and 1909 courently registered in the name of (1) Sally Njeri and (2) Eva Muraya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Agnes G.
