THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kirumbi Muchunu alias Karumbi Muchunu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.90 acres or thereabout, known as Ngenda/Githunguchu/289, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E368 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Francis Ngugi Muchunu (ID/1023160), (2) Joseph Muchunu Ngugi (ID/30635965) and (3) Gabriel Kanyiri Ngugi (ID/1021153), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to to (1) Francis Ngugi Muchunu (ID/1023160), (2) Joseph Muchunu Ngugi (ID/30635965) and (3) Gabriel Kanyiri Ngugi (ID/1021153), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kirumbi Muchunu alias Karumbi Muchunu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
