THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Gatitu Kanjeru alias Gatitu Kanjeru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.85 acres or thereabout, known as Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/929, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the court at Thika in succession cause No. 266 of 2006, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Dominic Mugor Gatitu, of P.O. Box 6264–01000, Thika, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Dominic Mugor Gatitu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Gatitu Kanjeru alias Gatitu Kanjeru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
