REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dickson Wasike Toile (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, containing 7.16 hectares or thereabout, known as Trans Nzoia/Suwerwa/803, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in 19th January, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE Succession Cause No. 44 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Lenah Nasambu Wasike (ID/38694573) and (2) Julia Nanjala Simiyu (ID/30198351), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Dickson Wasike Toile (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dickson Wasike Toile (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
