REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Evaline Awuor Nyakiti (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kasule/8346, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 546 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of (1) George Ouma Abongo and (2) Fredrick Otieno Abongo, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) George Ouma Abongo and (2) Fredrick Otieno Abongo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier in respect of Evaline Awuor Nyakiti (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Evaline Awuor Nyakiti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
