REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wycliffe Karanja Mwarangu (ID/16111257), of P.O. Box 1498–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, registered under title No. Kwanza Namanjalala Block 5/1143, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
