REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Winston Okumali D. Shitote (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisa/Emasatsi/257, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Court in Succession Cause No. E284 of 2022, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Melisa Andika Okumali, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier Winston Okumali D. Shitote (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R. 39 and L.R. 50 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Winston Okumali D.
