THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Karanja Kungu, of P.O. Box 78–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0288 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi Block 83/14/376, situate in the County of Nairobi, and whereas the Environmental and Lands Court at Nairobi in Case No. 211 of 2010, has decreed that the title of the said property be cancelled and the register be amended to reflect the name of Thande Holdings Limited, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancelation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the decree and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Stephen Karanja Kungu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect and subsequently issue land title deed in the name of Thande Holdings Limited.
