REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hillam Njari Ngatia, of P.O. Box 57517, is registered as proprietor lessee of that land known as L.R. No. 14906/66, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 54927/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
