INTENTION TO ACQUIRE IN pursuance of the transitional provisions contained in Section 162 (2) of the Land Act, 2012 and Section 6 (2) of the Land Acquisition Act (Cap. 295-Repealed), the National Land Commission gives notice that the Government intends to acquire the part of the following parcel of land for Kenya Ports Authority for the construction of Mombasa Port Development Project-access road. Plot No. Registered Owner Acquired Area (Acres) 495/VI/MN Shahid Pervez Butt & Haroon Shahid Butt 1.8 Notice of hearing of claim to compensation by persons interested in the land required by the above project will be published in the Kenya Gazette as provided in section 112 (1) of the Land Act, 2012.
