IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (4) of the Certified Public Secretaries Act, and paragraph 2 (1) of the Third Schedule to the Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— JOPHECE O. YOGO to be the Chairman of the Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 1st January, 2014. Dated the 12th March, 2014.
