APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the mandate conferred by section 3 (1) (a), (c), (h), (e), and (g) of the Auctioneers Act (Cap. 526 of 1996) laws of Kenya, the Chief Justice makes the following appointments, respectively— JUSTICE BOAZ OLAO to be Chairman of the Auctioneers Licensing Board for a non- renewable term of three (3) years; and Maryanne Murage, Habil Olaka, Dickson Matei, Johnstone I. Nyaga, to be members of the Auctioneers Licensing Board, for a period of three (3) years effective from 15th March, 2014.
