IN EXERCISE of the mandate conferred by Article 169 (1) (d) of the Constitution of Kenya as read together with section 39 (2) (b) of the Political Parties Act (Cap. 7B of 2011) the laws of Kenya, the
Judicial Service Commission appoints—
James A. Atema, Mathew Kyalo Mbobu, to be members of Political Parties Disputes Tribunal, for a non- renewable period of six (6) years from December 31, 2012 and
January 15, 2013, respectively.
