WHEREAS Elly Awino Padwa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land, situate in the district of Bondo, containing 0.75 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. North Sakwa /Nyawita /1621, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
