REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Mbogo Kabuthu (deceased), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0161 hectare or thereabouts, known Nairobi/Block 93/905, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas the the judge in the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 235 of 2004 has issued grant of letters of administration to Rose Muthoni Kabuthu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Mbogo Kabuthu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Rose Muthoni Kabuthu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Mbogo Kabuthu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 14th March, 2014.
