TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2013 By (1) Francis Koigi Wainaina and (2) James Kariuki Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 167, Mirangini in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Kuria, who died at Mundoro, Kiganjo,on 11th June, 1975. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2014 By Stephen Nyamu Nyamangu, of P.O. Box 89, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamangu Njoroge, who died at Wamwangi Njoroge, on 17th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2014 By (1) Grace Wambui Mwaniki and (2) Mary Wanjiru Ngundi, both of P.O. Box 72, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngundi Kahiro, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 21st November, 2008. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2014 By Lucas Njuguna Wakahiu, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Gichinga alias Ruth Waruthi Gichinga, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya,on 29th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2014 By Charity Mweru Wanyoike, of P.O. Box 75051–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyoike Hinga, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
