Box 24, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Akelo Moi alias Lukas Okelo Moi, who died on 5th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2013 By Kenneth Ochieng Odhul, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeo Odhul Ngonglo, who died on 9th September, 1996. CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2013 By George Okoth Akoko, of P.O. Box 25, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Audi Ongwena, who died on 5th August, 1975. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2013 By Caren Auma Magla, of P.O. Box 200, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ojuok Omino alias Ojuok Omino, who died on 11th October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
