TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2013 By (1) Omerian Kitokoko Sankilil, (2) Lesisa Lesinko Sankilil and (3) Tumate Kitokoko Sankilil, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitokoko Lorkirikunye Sankilil alias Kitokoko ole Sankilil, who died at Torosei Sub-location, on 4th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2013 By (1) Tajeu Nkala Mbene, (2) Tinalai Nkala and (3) Ntiniyio Nkala, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkala Nchoke Sane, who died at Kilonito Sub-location, on 12th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
