Box 20, Serem in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shamira Kahoza. CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2013 By Belita Ambani, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ambani, who died at Kapchorwa, on 30th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 150 OF 2013 By Simeon Rotich, of P.O. Box 388, Kapsabet, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen Biama alias Malakwen Byama, who died at Baraton, Chepterit, on 13th December, 1988. CAUSE NO. 151 OF 2013 By Kipkemei Kipngeny, of P.O. Box 36, Lessos, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimngeny arap Tirop, who died at Amalo, on 14th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2013 By Kimaiyo Chumba, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchumba Birech, who died at Chepkongony, on 1st June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2014 By Edward Kiptarbei, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipyator arap Sambu, who died at District Hospital, Kapsabet in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
