TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2013 By Toroitich Kimaru, of P.O. Box 74, Kapsowar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkurui Kisang alias Chepkurui Kisang Murmet, who died at Kapchesewes Village, Kapsowar, on 5th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2013 By Wilson Tich Yego, of P.O. Box 310, Iten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yego Kipkiror, who died at Kakisango Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
