TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 249 OF 2013 By (1) Joseph Gitau Nganga, (2) George Wainaina Kamau and (3) Anthony Njoroge Kabocha, all of P.O. Box 32, Kagwi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Kabocha alias Nganga Kaboga, who died at Karigu ini, on 8th February, 1988. CAUSE NO. 260 OF 2013 By (1) Jane Waithira Thairu and (2) Walter Thairu Gacheru, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gacheru Rufus Mara, who died at Nairobi, on 5th October, 1986. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2014 By (1) Ayub Ndungi Githere and (2) Joshua Kimani Githere, both of P.O. Box 52070, Nairobi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Githere Njuguna, late of Kiambu District, who died at Kihara, on 4th September, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
