CAUSE NO. 756 OF 2013 By (1) Damaris Wangui Ngunjiri Kingori and (2) Hesbon Kabue Gacheru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Davidson Ngunjiri Kingori, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Garissa in Kenya, on 1st September, 2012. CAUSE NO. 763 OF 2013 By (1) Joseph Nderi Karanja and (2) John Gaiti Karanja, both of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njahira Karanja, who died at Karembu, on 21st March, 2012. CAUSE NO. 799 OF 2013 By (1) Penina Wamaitha Waithira and (2) Daniel Mwenda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Muturi Mwangi, who died at Githurai, Kimbo, on 21st September, 2007.
