Box 63565, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leighton Mwangangi Kinyambu, who died along Machakos Road Junction, on 12th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. 651 OF 2013 By Muoti Nzombe Kinaka, of P.O. Box 1047, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzombe Kinaka, late of Lukenya, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 1984. Box 1, Okia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndole Kyalo Mutyanyaa, who died at Mukuyuni, on 25th February, 2006. CAUSE NO. 959 OF 2013 By (1) Elizabeth Kasivu Mutisya and (2) Charles Kiswili Mutisya, of P.O. Box 103, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mutisya Kiswili of Ekalakala, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 2012. CAUSE NO. 998 OF 2013 By Julius Kithuka Ngomo, of P.O. Box 1095, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ngomo Kukuva, who died at Mbusyani, Kangundo, on 24th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
