Towett and (2) Martha Chebet Chepkunurgei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Chepkunurge alias Chepkwony Chepkunurge, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2013 By (1) Cheruiyot Derick and (2) David Chepkosiom, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Cheruiyot Mitei, who died at Mtwapa, on 28th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 91 OF 2013 By Andrew Cheruiyot arap Siele, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipshelei arap Maritim alias Kipsiele arap Maritim, who died at Tabaita, on 2nd January, 1989.
