TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2009 By Francis Njuguna Macharia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nduta Macharia, who died at Nakuru, on 11th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. 429 OF 2013 By (1) Salina Jepkogei Kosgei and (2) Solomon Kipkemboi Yebei, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kipkemei Yebei, who died at Nakuru War Memorial, on 25th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. 479 OF 2013 By (1) Ben Njoroge Kaboge and (2) Joel Nganga Kabogo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of of Zipporah Njeri Kabogo, who died at Provincial General Hospital Annex, on 4th February, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
