TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 31st January, 2014 THE KENYA GAZETTE 207 CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2012 By Amina Mwalimu Hubi, of P. O. Box 84667, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwalmu Hubi, who died at Shariani Village, in 1936. CAUSE NO. 345 OF 2012 By (1) Anna Nzilani Telela and Elizabeth Ndinda Katuti, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Juliana Kavindu Telela, who died at Kongowea, on 15th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 370 OF 2013 By (1) Hellen Adhiambo Otieno and (2) Christine Atieno Otieno, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Otieno Anyango, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 383 OF 2013 By Gladys Njeri Kiogo, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emily Kanuthu Kiriira, who died at Kongowea Sub-location, on 13th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
