TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2013 By (1) Salim Hassan Mwadzuya and (2) Ruth B. John Ziegeihuttenweg 1–3, 60598 Frankfurt, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chaka Chengo Mbega, who died at Neumunste, on 14th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2013 By (1) Edgar I. Manasseh and (2) Jaffar Banks Kombe, both of P.O. Box 43657, Mombasa, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Banks Kombe, who died at Kaloleni, Kilifi, on 18th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. 223 OF 2013 By Mohamed Kassam Bagha, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumtaz Mohamed Baghar, who died at Mumbai, on 10th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. 258 OF 2013 By (1) Abdinasir Mohamed Hajo and (2) Abdulrashid Mohamed Hajo, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Abdulkadir Mohamed Sheikh, who died at Witu, on 21st August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 322 OF 2013 By (1) Jane Wambui Kiyaka and (2) Bob Nyaega Kiyaka, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Zablon Nyaega Kiyaka, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 27th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. 400 OF 2013 By (1) Nyinge Jira Chigunda, (2) Mashaido Jira Chigunda and (3) Mbodze Mbaru Mwandodo, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Jira Chigunda Jira alias Jira ChigundaNdembwe, who died at Bodoi Junju, Kilifi, on 28th February, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
