TENDER

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is issued to the owners of the motor vehicles: Landrover Discovery Reg. No 47CD29K, Toyota Surf KAJ 007 J, Merceded Benz E320 KAH 946V, Mitsubishi Pajero TZE 542S & I. Glem Gas Cooker , Daewood Astra KAK 167D, to take delivery of the said vehicles/goods within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, which currently are at the yard of Maki Apartments (Kamanyiki Investment Ltd.), upon payment of the accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by pubic auction , tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
