APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 11th September, 2012, I appointed John Chrys Otieno, to be liquidator of Eltex Sacco Society Limited, (CS/2699) for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said John Chrys Otieno, Co-operative Auditor I, Uasin Gishu County has been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from 11th September, 2013, for another period not exceeding one year for the said John Chrys Otieno, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
