THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by a variation order dated 22nd November, 2010, N. M. Omari, Sub-County Co-operative Office, P.O. Box 70, Naivasha, was appointed to be liquidator of Kenton Kijabe F.C.S. Limited (in liquidation) (CS/1499) for a period not exceeding on year and whereas the said N. M. Omari, has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 29th September, 2013, for another period not exceeding one year for the said N. M.
