THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nason Okelo Amolo and (2) Climes Amolo Amolo (deceased), both of P.O. Box 83, Suna Migori in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta II/1175, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the principal magistrate at Rongo court through succession cause No. 102 of 2012, issued grant documents to (1) Jennifer Arwa Okelo and (2) Moses Okumu Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 83, Rongo, Suna-Migori, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate to be surrendered to the and registrar for cancellation failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to (1) Jenifer Arwa Okelo and (2) Moses Okumu Ochieng, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Nason Okelo Amolo and (2) Climes Amolo Amolo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
