THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Awino Oguk (deceased), of P.O. Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/143, situate in the district of Rongo, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Rongo in succession cause No. 171 of 2011, has issued grant documents to Priscilla Ogengo Awino, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to Priscilla Ogengo Awino, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to said Awino Oguk (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
