THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Virginia Muthoni Muiruri (Administrator of the estate of the late Muiruri Kamuna Kimotho), of P.O. Box 1, Kipkelion in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.2300 and 2.220 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kericho, registered under title Nos. Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block 4 (Mutaragon)/310, and Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block 4 (Mutaragon)/703, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
