REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fiaza Abdalla Brek Said, of P.O. Box 86370, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as Mombasa/Block XVIII/255, within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
