NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 24, in Volume DI, Folio 64/1003, File No. MMXII, by our client, Maureen Lorenz, of P.O. Box 1571–00606, Sarit Centre, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ngome Maureen Nanjala, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ngome Maureen Nanjala, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maureen Lorenz, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maureen Lorenz only.
