GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5382

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Unollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Mercedes Benz, reg. No. KAT 084Y and Toyota Corolla reg. No. KAU 943N motor vehicles to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from the premises and garage of Messrs. Bencolins Motors, situated at Dagoretti Corner, along Karandini Road, off Ngong Road, P.O. Box 59035, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of cumulative storage and security charges, together with interest plus cost of publishing this notice, and any incidental charges, failing which the said motor vehicles will be disposed of under the said Act without further reference to the depositor or owners, either by public auction, tender, or private treaty or as scrap (notice of intention having been given to the depositors) in order to defray all accrued charges, but should there be a shortfall, the depositors or owners shall continue to be liable for the same.
