TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2012 By (1) Charity Kathure Daniel and (2) Nicholas Thuranira Solomon, both of P.O. Box 1785, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Marete Muronga, late of Lower Igoki, who died there on 2nd March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
