TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 234 OF 2011 By (1) Everlyne Kurui and (2) Gladys Jepkosgei, both of P.O. Box 8171–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipkosgei Koech, late of Koitoror Location, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2012 By (1) Ridah Chumba Elizabeth Bwaley and (2) Salina Chepketer Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 92, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and sister, respectively, through Messrs. Chemitei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration estate of Philip Kibungey Bwaley, late of Kosachei, who died there on 23rd July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
