TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 337 OF 2012 By Anderson Mulungye Kivuu, of Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kivuu Mulwa, late of Machakos County, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2006. CAUSE NO. 340 OF 2012 By (1) Damaris Ngii Wambua and (2) Teresia Kathini Nguti, both of P.O. Box 30035–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Keli Kavindu, late of Kivani, who died at Liboi, on 16th October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
