WHEREAS Silas M‘Njamiu Ita (ID/0268384), of P.O. Box 30225, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mbeere, registered under title No. Nthawa/Siakago/11 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
