REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Franco Esposita and (2) Elly Jannetje Cornelia Esposito Van Es, both of P.O. Box 203, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1966 (Original No. 1852/6), situate within Malindi in the district of Malindi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 14510, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
